I'm been trying to sharpen my cooking skills (I can make a good omelette but not much else). One resource (apart from the Moosewood Cookbook) has been Cathy Erway's Not Eating Out in New York. More than just recipes, the blog is full of cooking inspiration and great launching points for further exploration in the kitchen.
I have her blog to thank for making cooking meals at home more exciting, and trips to the coop more purposeful.
